ARLINGTON, Texas — Hmmmm, TCU swept the Big 12 field in four games this week and capped it with a 12-5 rout of Oklahoma State here on Sunday night. In their four games they outscored the competition 48-15. Pretty impressive, right? Yeah we can all agree to that.

Hey, now that I think of it, you guys remember Oklahoma from last year, don’tcha? Decent team all year. Had it’s bumps in the road and warts on the nose. Then went to the Big 12 Tournament and suddenly had put it all together to sweep the field in four straight games.[…]

After spending the last two weeks counting down the Top 130 transfers in college baseball in detail, it’s time to put the entire countdown in list form.

The top five transfers include Texas A&M’s Braden Montgomery, Wake Forest’s Chase Burns, LSU’s Luke Holman, Wake Forest’s Seaver King and Tennessee’s Cannon Peebles. A&M and fellow SEC program Arkansas lead the way in terms of transfers on the list with seven, while Alabama, Georgia and Ole Miss each have six on the list. Both ‘Bama and Georgia are ushering in new coaches in Rob Vaughn and Wes Johnson, respectively.

MILWAUKEE – Our friends and partners at Prep Baseball conducted their inaugural All American Game in Milwaukee this past weekend, with workouts taking place at Franklin Field (home of the Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panthers) and the game being played at American Family Field (home of the Brewers). PBR’s take of the high school all-star game took a different twist as the best seniors from across the nation squared off against the best juniors.

Not surprisingly, pitching ended up dominating the game as nine different arms took the mound for each team. It was the class of 2025 that came out on top[…]
